ports. These pumps include the AccuLobe, DuraLobe, SteriLobe and Classic
series, which meets the 3A standards for milk and milk products.
These are completely suitable for clean-inplace or sterilise-in-place
applications.

The performance range includes high range of pressure
(although Viking recommends limiting pressure to 100 PSI to protect
the quality of the chocolate) and viscosities to 4,40,000 centipoise.
