Mills-India, with net sales of $11.5 billion, has re-launched the Pillsbury
Cake Mixes in two exciting flavours – rich chocolate and vanilla. Every
pack has two recipes offering consumers the flexibility to bake the
cake either with or without eggs. Priced at Rs 60, the Pillsbury Cake
Mix bakes a 400 g of vanilla flavoured cake and 425 g of chocolate cake
in 30 minutes. The company claims that all the ingredients have been
pre-mixed in the right proportions to “give a perfect quality cake –
time after time”.
Additionally,
Pillsbury ‘chocolate’ and ‘vanilla’ icing recipes are also provided.
The General Mills brands portfolio includes Big G Cereals, Betty Cracker
desserts and mixes, Pillsbury dough based products, Green Giant vegetables,
Haagen-Dazs ice cream, Old El Paso Mexican Foods, Pop-Secret microwave
