Global
Food Tech 2005:
A Curtain raiser!
With the government banking on the Food Processing sector for export
revenues, the Global Food Tech 2005 is bound to be an excellent industry
interface.
ASunrise
industry" - that's how the government has been referring to the
Indian Food Processing sector of late. Not just that, path-breaking
initiatives are being taken in form of financial relief and incentives
to foster its growth. Despite these support systems, the present level
the Indian Food Processing sector is lower than two per cent, suggesting
that it still has a long way to go. In this setting, with a view to
infuse optimism in the industry, Mumbai is all set to host the GLOBAL
FOOD TECH 2005 - an International exhibition and conference on food,
beverage and hospitality industry from January 20-23, 2005 at the Bandra
Kurla Complex. This meet is anticipated to provide an excellent opportunity
for disseminating and exchanging the latest industry information. The
event is being organised by Global Foundation, a proactive organisation
involved in promoting trade and commerce.
