The flow
diagram above explains the process of producing an aseptic TFA product
at the dairy. The raw chilled milk is first standardised and pasteurised.
The sterilisation and packing process are simultaneous and continuous
with the UHT milk being packed immediately after the sterilisation.
The product is then packed manually into plastic crates and held at
ambient temperatures in incumbation – for complete product safety –
for a period of 5-7 days. The packages are then re-packed into secondary
cartons in case of carton distribution and then dispatched from the
dairy.
