Multi
Pack brings to the table a collection of sturdy, reliable and efficient
packaging machines that are flexible and capable of handling a wide
variety of products in different packaging configuration. The gears
and sprockets are given nitride treatment which produce an extremely
hard surface thereby keeping the core resilient. This increases the
wear resistance and reduces the co-efficient of friction. The chains
run in special polymers guides. Such a framework eliminates the need
for frequent adjustments.
A
high-speed machine from the Multi Pack stable, ideal for packing noodle
cakes, and most suitable for noodle cakes with a taste maker sachet.
It has a capacity of packing approximately 240 packets per minute for
a single noodle cake, 120 packets per minute for two noodle cakes in
a pile and 60 packets per minute for four noodle cakes in two piles.
All
the components coming in contact with the product are manufactured either
from stainless steel or food grade plastic. Special attention has been
given to facilitate cleaning of the machine a condition prerequisite
to maintaining hygienic condition in food processing plants.

adjustment in machine running conditions help to achieve perfect synchronization
of jaws to achieve wrapper speed.
