High-pressure homogenisers

The Micron Engineering Group is a group of engineering technocrats, which manufactures dairy and food equipment. They design and develop specialised high pressure homogenisers, high-pressure pumps and automatic and semiautomatic cup, bottle filling and sealing machines.

Regular and assured after-sales service through qualified technical personnel is a part of their customer service. Their high-pressure homogenisers can be adjusted to special operating requirements and can withstand varied pressures and capacities. They can be used for pasteurised milk, flavoured milk, cream, lassi, yoghurt, buttermilk, ice-cream and beverages like fruit juice and concentrates.

The Jofra CPC

The Jofra CPC series from Waaree Instruments is a portable, traceable, field instrument designed for easy and reliable check and calibration of pressure. The CPC series is used in process control applications such as verification or calibration of pressure gauges, transducers, transmitters, pressure switches and safety valves.

The CPC series make calibration tasks easy to perform; like dual information display. It possesses 11 different pressure units, transmitters, minimum and maximum recording, peak reading and semi-automatic pressure switch test finding.  It automatically records opening and closing point values on display, thus can easily perform the pressure switch test. The CPC indicator also captures the minimum and maximum pressure reading in safety valve applications.

It does not require a flat surface to operate the system. The calibration system can easily be dissembled so the indicator can be used separately for pressure monitoring tasks. For all systems, the pump and the indicator are separate. Thus, the Jofra CPC can be delivered as an individual indicator or as a complete calibration system.

Dissolving tank

The Dhiman Group is one of the first Indian companies to manufacture and export confectionery machines to the North American market. The company started offering fully computerised and servo driven packaging machines with remote servicing options. They have added new CNC machines to manufacture high quality stainless steel fabrication.

Dhiman’s stainless steel steam heated syrup dissolving tank has vast application. It eliminates the need of weighing small amount of sugar, glucose and other raw materials for charging into the cookers.

The dissolving tank can be used for recycling the confectionery material and for preparation, storage and supply of syrup for toffee, candy, chocolate and jelly syrups.
