A fair with a difference, RIWSF 2006 is the annual meeting
place for key players in the wine and spirits industry, says

The alcoholic drinks segment has been
one of the fastest growing consumer
markets in Russia and the industry is
now heavily dependent on imports of wine,
wine materials and spirits. For the same reason,
RIWSF (the Russian International Wine and
Spirits Fair) is considered as the annual
meeting place for the wine and spirits sector in
country and the surrounding regions. RIWSF
which is the country's only dedicated trade
event of its kind, will take place at Expocentr,
Moscow from October 17-19, 2006.

Producers and distributors from around the
world are becoming increasingly aware of
Russia as an export market and considering its
current and projected growth rate, most
industry professionals now view Russia as a
vital part of any successful sales and marketing
