ITC has entered the Pacakaged Gourmet Foods Businesss with the launchof 'Dal Bukhara' the dish of Bukhara, the famous 24 year old restaurant at the Maurya Sheraton in New Delhi. Many more preservative-free canned gourmet dishes are to follow.
